How do I get in touch with someone for questions about an existing order or to make changes to my order?
We can accommodate changes to your order up to 24 hours in advance. If you placed your order online through EZ Cater, reference your receipt email for a link to make modifications, or call 1-800-488-1803. If you placed your order with our Somos Arepas catering team, email firstname.lastname@example.org and will gladly help make those changes.
Is there an order minimum?
All delivery catering orders have a $150 minimum, while Pick-up orders have no minimums.
I have a Tax Exempt Certification
If the order has not been placed. Please navigate to the payment screen and select the blue circle with a + sign that says “My order is Tax Exempt”. Select it and follow instructions.
Once the customer submits the order with the tax exempt info, the tax team will review it. Once reviewed, all the customer needs to do is click the tax exempt button on all future orders on the payment screen. Any questions please email here.
When is catering available?
Catering is available Monday through Sunday from 11:00 am-8 pm at our New Haven location, while our Shelton location has the same hours with the exception of Sunday (closed).
Do you offer pick-up or delivery?
Both! You can pick-up your order at the nearest Somos Arepas location or have it delivered to you for a $30 delivery fee.
Can I place a same-day order?
All orders must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Cut off time is 5pm the day before. If the store can make your catering order, you will receive a confirmation email within 12 -24 hours confirming acceptance.
